Bible College, Discipleship & Leadership Training

Contribution towards this fund is accepted as sponsorship for the several training, mentoring and coaching initiatives and programs of GEMS. The various types of sponsorships are listed below:

Bible College Support : Rs. 2,500/- Month (or) Participant

Interested believers and those with a call towards Church Ministry are trained through one year full time course through the three Timothy Bible Colleges(TBC)

Discipleship Training Center : Rs. 1,500/- Month (or) Participant

New believers are strengthened in the word through full-time half-yearly Bible Courses through Discipleship Training Centre for men (DTC)) and Deborah Bible Training Centre for girls (DBTC).

Leadership Training Support : Rs. 2,500/- Month (or) Participant

Special Leadership Training programs are given to the staffs through the Leadership Training Centre (LTC) and Women Leadership Training Center (WLTC) for men and women separately.

Special Training Programs

IMPACT Training Program Support : Rs.15,00,000 /- Program

IMPACT Training program churns out 1500 to 1700 full time mission workers once in 2 years with the vision to empower and enlarge God’s kingdom through Church establishment. The “I Must Plant A Church Today (IMPACT)” training program is a 3 days program full of Teaching, Preaching, and Inspirational sessions, which trains GEMS missionaries along with several independent and other mission organizations’ workers who toil in and around Bihar, towards radical missionary work.

Area Convention Support : Rs. 50,000/- Program

This is a three day residential program conducted by combining few mission fields together to strengthen the believers. Believers are trained systematically on discipleship topics through this. Every year GEMS conduct around 50 Area Conventions in its mission fields. On an average around 250 people attend each convention.
